The second week of Maya has been very hard. The blockout stage is over and now we are modeling objects. It’s amazing how I pay more attention to everything I see around me. I try to understand how everything is assembled. The extrude tool, from all I’ve seen this week, appears to be one of the most important. With it, we can “sprout” pieces or create details on objects or characters. I’m very proud of my 3D soda can, however the object that appeared to be the easiest became a torment: the ladybug and its antennas and eyes, all in one piece… I keep in the battle to finish it with other objects of assignments.
Bellos some of the objects I modeled and, in the end, parts of the Ladybug that I haven’t finished yet.
